Our stay at Comfy Bear Mountain Lodge in Helen, GA was absolutely wonderful! The property offered all the luxuries of home and more. The tasteful Christmas decorations were such a nice touchthey made the cabin feel cozy and festive, and we truly felt at home. The amenities were excellent, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! We did have a minor issue when we blew a breaker using a hair dryer, but the team handled it perfectly. I called twice, and each time the response was quick and professional the repairman arrived right away and resolved the issue without any hassle. That level of service really stood out. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend Comfy Bear (Cabin Rentals of Helen) to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The team at Cabin Rentals of Helen was very helpful during every step of the rental process. Booking online was easy; the website is informative. I did not have to reach out to ask any questions, the staff made first contact to make sure the entire process of getting there, checking in, and everything in between went smooth. Everyone – Hannah, Jennifer, Nate, Allie, and Sheila ALL had an impact on the great stay we received from Cabin Rentals of Helen. They are truly one of the best management companies that I have dealt with when it comes to a rental like this… I am truly happy with our entire experience. 100%!! A GREAT property, GREAT guest services, GREAT everything! All the way around!

We loved the stocked kitchen and all the comfy throw-pillows. The theater room and the firepit were really big hits with our family.. We made s’mores 2 nights in a row… YUM! We also really enjoyed that there were only 2 TVs to watch and they were in the family rooms. It kept us all together when we watched tv. My grandson learned to play Chess while we were there. These moments are the moments that made us appreciate that quality time together. Instead of isolated in a room, staring at a TV, we were all together, sharing the laughter as memories were made!
